He is a graduate of Rutgers University were he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors 1984. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Delaware School of Law of Widener University in 1987.

Mr. Kane is admitted to practice law in the States of New Jersey and New York, the District of Columbia, the Federal District of New Jersey and the United States Supreme Court.

His primary areas of practice are: Bankruptcy, Debt Counseling, Drunk Driving & Traffic Violations, General Litigation, Land Use, Landlord & Tenant, Motor Vehicle Commission Hearings, Mortgage Loan Modifications, Real Estate, and Wills & Estates.
